At Desert Style MFG, we specialize in performance and motorsports components. Due to the nature of automotive parts and custom fabrication, we maintain a structured return policy to ensure fairness, product integrity, and quality control.


Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. Return Authorization Required

All sales are considered final unless Desert Style MFG provides written approval for a return.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery at:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for request
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused.

Approval to return an item does not guarantee a refund.

 

2. Eligible Returns (If Approved)

Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Item was damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item was shipped
  • Verified manufacturer defect

To qualify for review:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be in new, resellable condition
  • No hardware bags opened or missing components

Any part that has been installed, test-fitted, modified, powder-coated, welded, scratched, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

 

3. Custom, Made-to-Order & Fabricated Parts

All custom-built, made-to-order, pre-order, special-order, or fabricated components are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom suspension components
  • Angle kits
  • Brackets or mounts made per order
  • Powder-coated or custom-finished parts
  • Limited production runs

Because these items are built specifically for the customer, they cannot be restocked.

 

4. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and payment transaction fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to:

  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item shipped

Desert Style MFG is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

 

6. Refund Processing

If a return is approved and received:

  • Items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after inspection.

Desert Style MFG reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a refund where appropriate.

 

7. Installation & Use Responsibility

All products sold by Desert Style MFG are intended for off-road and motorsports use.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Compatibility issues due to unverified vehicle modifications
  • Labor costs
  • Alignment costs
  • Towing or shop fees
  • Vehicle damage
  • Personal injury

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Desert Style MFG may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of service
  • Submission of documentation to your payment provider
  • Legal collection efforts in cases of fraudulent disputes

 

9. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase from Desert Style MFG, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
