1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing products from Desert Style MFG, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return & Refund Policy, and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Motorsports & Off-Road Use Only
All products sold by Desert Style MFG are intended for:
• Off-road use
• Competition use
• Motorsports use
Our products may not be legal for use on public roads in certain states or jurisdictions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine compliance with all local, state, and federal laws before purchasing or installing any product.
3. Assumption of Risk
Automotive modification and motorsports activities are inherently dangerous.
By purchasing and installing Desert Style MFG products, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You assume all risks associated with installation and use.
• You understand that vehicle modification may affect handling, safety, and performance.
• You are responsible for ensuring proper installation and vehicle setup.
You agree that Desert Style MFG is not liable for:
• Vehicle damage
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Death
• Mechanical failure
• Loss of control
• Accidents of any kind
Use of our products is at your own risk.
4. Installation Responsibility
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Desert Style MFG is not responsible for:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect torque specifications
• Alignment issues
• Suspension geometry miscalculations
• Compatibility with modified vehicles
• Secondary damage caused by improper setup
All buyers are responsible for verifying fitment before installation.
5. No Warranty / Limited Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:
All products are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
Desert Style MFG makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• Implied warranty of merchantability
• Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
We do not guarantee:
• Track performance
• Drift angle results
• Competition outcomes
• Durability under racing conditions
Motorsports use places extreme stress on components, and failure may occur.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Desert Style MFG’s total liability for any claim related to the purchase or use of a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
Under no circumstances shall Desert Style MFG be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost income
• Loss of use
• Shop labor
• Towing
• Alignment costs
• Installation costs
7. Fitment & Vehicle Compatibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Verify chassis compatibility
• Confirm drivetrain configuration
• Confirm vehicle year and trim
• Confirm prior modifications
Vehicles with prior modifications may require additional fabrication or adjustment.
Desert Style MFG is not responsible for incompatibility due to previously modified vehicles.
8. Custom & Fabricated Parts
All custom, made-to-order, fabricated, or special-order components are final sale.
Once fabrication has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once:
• Processing has begun
• Fabrication has started
• A tracking number has been issued
Desert Style MFG reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
10. Chargebacks & Fraud
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with documentation including:
• Signed policy agreements
• Tracking confirmation
• Delivery confirmation
• Communication records
Customers who initiate unjustified payment disputes may be permanently banned from purchasing.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
• Logos
• Product designs
• Photos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Product descriptions
are the property of Desert Style MFG and may not be reproduced without written permission.
12. Indemnification
By purchasing from Desert Style MFG, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desert Style MFG, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of our products.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Arizona courts.
14. Changes to Terms
Desert Style MFG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
