Installation

Professional welding and fabrication experience is required.

C-Notch Installation

1. Slide the notch over the factory frame rail.
2. Weld the notch into place.
3. Remove the lower section of the frame.
4. Install and weld the included bottom cap.

The slip-over design self-centers on the factory frame rail, eliminating complicated measurements.

Shock Relocation

• Weld upper mounts to rear crossmember.
• Weld lower mounts to axle tube.
• Install Viking coil-over shocks.

No drilling or slotting required.

Flip Perch Installation

1. Flip the axle above the leaf springs.
2. Position the new flip perches.
3. Set the truck at ride height.
4. Adjust and verify pinion angle.
5. Fully weld the perches to the axle.

Proper pinion angle is critical to eliminate driveline vibration.
