This CNC press brake-formed perch kit is built from 1/4” steel and professionally MIG welded — designed to sit under the axle tube and let you dial in your pinion angle before you weld it solid.

No guessing, no hacking up factory perches. Flip the axle on top of the leaf springs, drop this perch underneath, set your pinion angle, and burn it in.

Installation Notes:
∙ Axle must be flipped on top of leaf springs prior to install
∙ Use U-bolts sized to your axle tube diameter
∙ Before welding, set the truck at ride height and verify pinion angle is parallel to your driveshaft — this is the step most people rush and regret
∙ Weld perch solid to axle tube only after pinion angle is confirmed
∙ Professional installation recommended if you’re unfamiliar with pinion angle setup
